Found it extremely difficult to separate the sticker from the backing paper. Finally used a very sharp knife, nearly damaging the sticker, but eventually peeled it off. In that time I could have grabbed a dozen wayward carts and taken them to the cart corral. The backing needs to have a cut or flap in it so that removing the sticker from it is easier.
